Cut to the Chase


Oh dear. Yet another customer service blunder. the funny thing is I didn’t even notice the original error!

And now for something completely different!

Oh what a difference, what a pleasure – a company that takes customer service seriously. I broke my 3rd cellphone holster inside 3 months (the first i’ve had from this company), and 13 minutes after I send them an email they reply saying “no problem, we’ll replace it”. So refreshing – the company by the way is Primacases.

LOWERED to 23.99% !? Wow Discover – don’t do me any favours! Good job I don’t owe you anything – and with this kind of customer service / marketing thats not changing anytime soon!
