Oh what a difference, what a pleasure – a company that takes customer service seriously. I broke my 3rd cellphone holster inside 3 months (the first i’ve had from this company), and 13 minutes after I send them an email they reply saying “no problem, we’ll replace it”. So refreshing – the company by the way is Primacases.
